And to balance it well, an 9 inch blade is given to this Kukri with a "Historic Kukri" shape adding better feel and effective weight. The feel of this Kukri is superb.The scabbard of this unique kukri is made of tough leather hand stitched. No wood, no brass tip and not even the small knife and sharpner. The intention was to loose the xtra weight and the bulkness and to make it more practical also making it more comfy while wearing it on ones belt.This kukri could just be the next generation of Gurkha issue.
